The work we do to build literacy skills within vulnerable communities is made possible with the help of caring volunteers. Our volunteers come from all walks of life and backgrounds. Previous teaching experience is not a requirement; a sincere willingness to help others is.
All volunteers go through an orientation that walks them though our programs, expectations and responsibilities. We then require all volunteers to complete four hours of classroom or tutoring observation before being paired with learners. Because the nature of our work centers around learners and tutors building a personalized approach to the subject matter, tutors are asked to commit to tutoring for 2 consecutive hours once a week for a minimum of 6 months.

If your team is already using the Reaction Club app, booking your activity is simple and fast. Select the activity you want and wait for the vendor to approve the booking.
Once approved, the app will make the activity available to your team. All necessary details, including the Zoom link, will already be included. Your team members will receive a notification inviting them to register for the activity.
Participants are NOT limited to accessing the event through the Reaction Club app. A shareable link will be available on the event page within the app. As an admin, you can also share a link with your team via email. However, please keep in mind that if you share the link via email, automated attendance reports may not function correctly. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to invite employees to access the event through the app for the best experience.
Yes, the platform offers automated reports that allow you to view the list of individuals who registered for and attended your event.

Prior to adding any vendors to our marketplace, we subject them to a VAT (Vendor Assessment Test) to ensure that their presence will contribute to the success of your business. Our vendor requirements are stringent, and only a small percentage of applications successfully pass through our selection process, which is aimed at maintaining a high-quality service.
We utilize Zoom, which is integrated into our software, to stream the sessions. This guarantees a dependable technical solution. Furthermore, our support team is accessible throughout the entire event – before, during, and after – to provide assistance in the event of any issues.
