Which wearable devices are compatible with the app
Reaction Club can be synced with any wearable device that is connected to either Google Fit or Apple Health. Some wearables (such as Fitbit and Garmin) can be connected directly with Move Club. Click here to read more.
What languages are supported by the app?
The app can be in English 🇺🇸🇬🇧, Spanish 🇪🇸, French 🇫🇷, Russian 🇷🇺, Arabic 🇸🇦, Hebrew 🇮🇱, Ukrainian 🇺🇦, Japanese 🇯🇵, Italian 🇮🇹, and German 🇩🇪. The app will automatically change the language based on the language settings of the your phone.
How does the rewards system work?
Your team will earn points for staying active and engaging on the app. Points are awarded for reaching your daily step goals, improving your week-over-week activity, sharing your journey, and supporting other team members. Your team members can Redeem your points for exciting rewards and make every step count!
Does the rewards feature cost extra?
Yes. We offer two plan options:
With rewards: Includes access to our points system where employees can redeem their points for gift cards and other perks.
Without rewards: Includes the full challenge experience without gift card redemption.
The rewards plan costs more and is ideal for companies looking to boost participation through tangible incentives.
How much does it cost?

Can I change/cancel my plan?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. After that period, you can cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges, but please note that refunds are not available beyond the initial 7 days.
