A great way to increase belonging and brand identity are to involve employees in the program creation process. It might take a bit longer to create a program, but it will make a huge difference in engagement – people that are taking part in creating it are more likely to promote it and get their teammates to use it, plus employees will be excited to see familiar faces or someone they relate to.
You can expect an increase in workplace social connections and excitement. Pro tip: try to get the CEO or team leader to be the first one to create a task!
How will tasks work and look on the Reaction app?
Members who have a program with the task you created will receive it to their app on a relevant day. When opening the task, they will see a video with instructions, a headline, text, and a button to complete the task.
When clicking ‘complete the tasks, ‘ members are encouraged to share pictures or text responses. This way, a task such as ‘place a water bottle on your work desk’ will turn into a fun collage of photos shared by different members how responded with a picture of their water bottles on their desks.
Video guidelines
- Mobile devices are great for taking video tasks. The file should be mp4
- The video should be filmed horizontally. Portrait orientation does not translate well on any device.
- Duration – we recommend short videos, up to 60sec.
- Avoid noise in your environment.
- Have fun 🙂 it should be personal and authentic, don’t worry if you make mistakes or don’t read the script right
